"Bleeding dry the promise of worth" I think means someone is starting to feel worthless then "Knowing you were meant for this thirst" is like you thirst for Christ and "Drink it in slowly while life puts a heart in you" when God works in your life and "puts a heart in you" and maybe "Weaving new blankets of words" is like some kind of words of comfort, maybe? The freedom part could be either what you're going through is part of growing in Christ or what Christ did for you that sets us free. Hoping to get the full story understood soon.
