You could say that it is the theme song of Robert, the "evil" twin brother. He decides to kill all potential heirs of his father's possession, even his father himself, until only his twin brother remains. This could be about the murders ("Every harvest brings me closer to my aim") and how he plans to kill his father and take everything he has ("And all you ever had will soon belong to me."). The part where Elize sings is the ghost of Jolee, his sister, trying to keep him from completing his plans, but he doesn't listen to her at all - that's why the last chorus tears apart her soft singing, so to say.

"Veritas" means truth. In connection with the story it is a symbol for the things that the twin brothers hide. Their sister died and it is their fault, yet they sweared not to tell anyone. They burned the word "Veritas" on their chests, which will alway remind them of the thing they fear the most - the truth. So in the end this song is about the lie that Robert lives and that grows with every family member he kills.

In what context? Is it part of Faust?

The context is the story the band made up for the album. Silverthorn is a concept album about two brothers. They both have part in an accident in which their sister dies, but they decide to keep it a mystery that they are the ones to blame. So they live a lie their whole lives, but as their lives go on, they have to face the concequences.
