Yeah Sex pistols were real punk.... Manufactured by Malcolm McLaren from the get go... one of the 1st boy bands maybe?? lol.. Don't get me wrong, I love the pistols but I think Mclarens ulterior motives were the main reason they didnt have the longevity we all wanted them to have... Was Rotten punk? Fkn oath!... was Mclaren a manipulating, money driven user and abuser... Most definately! Were the pistols manufactured music... sadly yes. Just my opinion is all.
