I think the lyrics might have to do with the nautical phenomenon called "three sisters". Three "rogue" (huge) waves, each larger than the former, strike a vessel in quick succession. The first throws the boat off balance, second floods it, third cripples, breaks or sinks it before it can recover. A famous ship with a three sisters theory --possibly not the correct theory-- is the Edmund Fitzgerald which disappeared into Lake Superior in 1975. The lyrics seem to allude to something like this then personalize it. The water is cold; Mark Robinson may have been feeling like he was sinking in the cold waters of Lake Superior.

The "right mind" could be alluding to the right brain hemisphere which is believed to be connected to dreaming, creativity, the unconscious --into which Mark has sunk, disoriented. Not going to bother with the wordplay in the last few lines other than to say they are a trademark of emo, which this band occasionally was.
