Okay, the only lyric that doesn't make sense here is "Up the Sodom, you're Gomorrah," because Sodom and Gomorrah were both cities. You don't say "THE Sodom," you just say "Sodom."

Because of that, I think he's actually singing "Up to Sodom, you're Gomorrah delivering redemption," which makes a lot more sense. He's saying, "Here you are, going 'up to Sodom' and saying YOU'RE going to deliver redemption when you (Gomorrah) are just as f***ed." This whole song is about hypocrisy in religion (think Westboro Baptist Church) so I think this makes way more sense.

Lyric Correction

Sodom can also be taken as "anal sex", by him saying 'Up the Sodom" (IMO)

"Fuck you in the ass, you're just as evil"

and I think its not just about religion being horrid or hypocritical, but more so about people who keep popping up in media saying "the rapture is upon us", and how people are following blindly giving up homes, jobs and families to follow these wackos.

and maybe he's making a funny remark saying "you better hope he takes you before I do" and "Drop you like Cain" pretty much...
