I'm reckoning Sirius is being saved from Vic the Butcher by Evagria.
In the album version, I'm pretty sure he says 'from the other side she'll see me' the second time. This could be after he is absorbed into the keywork, and he is now on 'the other side' from Mary.
Or it could be a mistake. Guess the liner notes might shed some light on that one.
