In one of his interviews Blaze said that he was low on money in 2011 and he had to get a job in a factory. This song, I think, describes his feelings about that. Black country is the region in Great Britain, the place where Blaze was born and where, I guess, he lives now. "The father of the unborn girl was dead" is about himself. His wife was pregnant at that time, and he had many problems with money and his band that almost literally killed him, he was very depressed. As for "Pipes of Paul" I dunno, maybe Paul is the nickname of some factory, or just some type of pipes. The other things are pretty clear, I think.

"Pipes of Paul" are the new exhaust pipes on Blaze's motorcycle :)
