In addition to the great lyrics he's written, I love the layering of the melodies and countermelodies throughout, and finally, the addition of Eno's harmonies in the latter half of the song. It just gives it sense of a neverending composition, which is think is most appropriate given the subject matter of the song. Just beautiful.
