Actually the song is about a 19 year old Australian girl named Olivia Penpraze who committed suicide in March 2012 because she couldn't "Hold On Til May" which was her planned suicide date. If you ask Vic about it in person or on Facebook etc he will tell you the same thing.
She was one of my friends and I have had conversations with Vic via the Internet about how amazing she was.
