I really like this song, you can obviously hear the huge Panda Bear sound. It sounds very similar to something you'd hear on Tomboy.
As for the meaning, I know that AC moved back to Baltimore to write this album, so it probably has some sort of ironic meaning there. I wish I could find the lyrics though.
