To me, this song is talking about a lack of unity that is pretty common in the world. It sounds sarcastically written in the point of veiw of a group of people who like to control other people through fear and violence, which will work until, well, it doesn't ("day in the sun is gonna stop, walls come tumbling down"). Could be anything, a gang, a group of bulies, a country, either way, it's a nasty group that will eventually be brought down by its own ways.
