Those lyrics are right. I'm a die-hard Queens fan and have heard the song probably 200 times. The feel I get, and I know all of Homme's music so maybe that helps a little, is something traumatic happened and he's running away. And he won't put that gun to his head as long as he can keep away from his home, where it happened. A new wrong meaning a new drug, a new bad decision. A new road meaning literally a new road, or where that bad decision takes him, the road the leads from that wrong he commits. The whole hole thing in the first verse and chorus I think describes that feeling you get as though you have a hole in you. "Got a hole in my head" meaning he just doesn't have his head in the right place, whatever it be from. The thing about everything falling out meaning his head is just disorganized and fucked up.
