I agreed with jb4480 about her mum or a relative but in the outube link posted by ayor she talks (mumbles) about a best friend in absence of touring. Though the song suggests the person she can't talk to is too thick to understand and not absent.
This is one of my favourite tracks from her, i just wish it wasnt on the tail end of the 'you sent me flying' track, cus i hate that song lol
