Cover art for The lyrics by Patrick Stump

It could be about anything. If you really break the lyrics down he could be talking about how basically pathetic addiction to alcohol and drugs is. In the bridge when he says "But admit it to yourself it ain't right/ When you're sleeping with lover but you're living with your wife" the 'lover' could very much be the thing the person is addicted to and would therefore be tearing the family apart, thus resulting in the previous line "Admit it to yourself it ain't right"
