Depending on his choice, "busting out" of his spine could mean getting high or having an orgasm (again, could be both?). The rest doesn't make much sense, but "terror class" might be a bad trip that's creeping up on him and who knows "cat is it fat" might be an Ohio euphemism for sex (where these dudes are from there).
