It is about abandoning the ways of traditional religion. "Faith divides us" into christians, moslems etc. But as "Death unites us" we are all the same in death, regardless of our religion. Obviously, the most criticism is towards catholicism which installs fail into followers that are supposed to think misery and suffering is alright and a way to salvation so that governments can rule them more efficently.
It is sad that people misunderstand religion. There are religions that unite in love and faith, and makes people selfless. There are people who give their time and life for others because of what they believe, and how does that bring division? Misunderstanding and lack of knowledge does!
