It's about how she meets someone new and they want to be her friend and "hang" with her, and she's cool with it, but she's just warning them, "don't fall in love with me, because even if I fall in love with you too - we won't ever be together, and you'll just get your heartbroken...maybe I will too" I could be wrong, but I think it's pretty obvious.
