This is clearly a song about a man who doesn't like the man his daughter is having sex with. He's taken her virginity, and this clearly, and deeply upsets him. But the man is really sicken and disgusted by this man and as the song goes on I think it becomes clear.

The father is his daughter's lover... at least that's the feeling I get. It becomes a bit more clear in the final stanza:

"And I am repulsed by my own reflection, I think it's safe to say I, Overreacted upon reflection, Yeah, I'm just that kinda guy"

He can't look at himself, and the throughout the song he says his daughter's lover "ain't my kind of guy" and in this stanza it switches to "I'm just that kinda of guy," which might be him becoming ok with incestuous situation ("I no longer consider you my daughter")

But I might be reading incorrectly into this reading.

My Interpretation

Hmm, I disagree with this interpretation... I think he is repulsed by his own hatefulness, I doubt it has anything to do with incest!
