This song is just overflowing with obscure references. I'm actually still tearing this one apart. I didn't know it existed until 2009. I can say that there is a somewhat similar track by A Tribe Called Quest entitled Vibes & Stuff from their 1991 release-The Low End Theory. Not sure what the reference is but I know the Beasties love Tribe & so do I.
