I've only listened to this album and song a couple of times so far, but on the first few listens this song has been a standout. I think the band plays with a lot of emotion and it really drives the point of the lyrics home.
To me, this song is about being beaten down by a relationship so much that it makes you weary of life as a whole. He's just to the point where it's too hard to live constantly fighting to keep the relationship alive. The kicker is that they're only at the beginning of the end, and the worst parts of the relationship have yet to come.
