The Calling (revolved around their struggles as newbies in the industry, but their determination and motivation from fans) carried them forth into The Hard Road. (I feel that this was about the pressure to produce more good songs, and also a financial struggle). In State of the Art (This is them making their mark in the industry telling fans who they, and that they are also not "dead". this Lp also includes reflection of the past, in songs like "fifty in five" > humans reflecting on their own destruction, and "she's so ugly" > them reflecting on how they initially perceived the industry.
