I feel this song can be about just what it sounds like...SONGS... she listens to music that she loves and it reminds her of "swimming" or a sense of freedom...being happy..general peaceful-ness. but then "all of a sudden" she realizes that she does not need this music (or whatever it was that made her happy) or so she thought) and she can swim herself... hence the lyric that says "And I was swimming, And NOW I AM SWIMMING". <3
