I believe it's about losing someone very close to you and how when you're angry and ask God why he'd take them away.(We're begging to you asking you why You took the closest thing to our life).
Toward the end it seems to become more personal as the "we's" and "our's" turn to an "I'm" and "my".
The title also leads me to believe it is too. Maybe it stands for the date he lost this person.
