I agree all said, but then I'd ask what the insistence on "Woman follow me home" plays. I'd say that in all that context, the speaker finds a woman he wants to have love with. Ot can be a tourist in the explained context, but also a lonely man with ambiguous intentions. He notes some details that are a bit to ask "Er... what you pay attention to!" of some macabre nature, yes. Maybe he's a killer or somtehing. Or just needs love. I would say the song wants to leave that open. The way it says "I know the way, I can see by the moonlight clear as day" is particularly scary to me.
