I love this song. Heard it YEARS ago. I can't believe there are no comments! It's really quite a good piece of prose. Definitely good song-writing skills. Dylan is a master in that category. Does it still happen? He leaves that up to the individual to decide....killing; prejudice; greed; starvation; human rights abuses (war; abortion; genodide; etc)
