My interpretation is.. a little different.
To me it sounds like something bad has happened to someone he cares about (They were aggrieved) and
it's sent him a bit crazy. The whole song sounds like he is fighting part of himself that wants to give
up and go away, die slowly. "Shall he free it?" etc.
"Some times I miss you, I feel it". Makes me think he remembers, and wants to give up again.
"In the end it will surely break you", in the end he will lose the fight.
However "Show me power and I'll show you being" possibly he's talking to himself, saying
if he is strong he'll still be a person, or maybe the person he cares about hasn't died...
just submitted to something (Drug abuse, etc) and if they show power he won't give up.
