Like in the last few minutes of a game when you're really tired but you have to perform the best in crucial moments? I'm just a sports guy, that's what I got out of it.

About needing a fix. Could be anything...drugs; sex; gambling; drinkin'; druggin; etc. It's the way s/he gets to "the clear blue sky."
