Basically someone he knew found a piece of paper in the street, and this is what was written on it. Then he joked that he wasn't sure if it was some sort of third-grade writing assignment where they had to write about a caveman's life in letter format, or if it was a legitimate letter to someone.
...Or something like that. I don't remember the story exactly but that was the gist of it.
So it's not really supposed to make sense... even AB doesn't understand exactly what it means.
