I'm not really Racoon fan, but I like this song very much. It really sounds to me as if it's about a concert given in Liverpool although I doubt that they were in Liverpool for a concert. Te heroes in the Liverpool rain are the fans, they are out there listening to Racoon not minding that it's raining.
