However, I'm not convinced the words are written from Jagger's perspective. A line that leaps out is "Please don't you bother my wife" but Jagger wasn't married then (1967)!

So it's likely he was just using creative license and portraying/critiquing a certain type of character - a misogynistic rich rotter.
