Fine to make fun of people providing they don't mind it, but I doubt the man who this song is about was all too happy about it (when his friends were through with their love). We live in a society that judges people by their outer packaging...their body size and shape; their hair and makeup; their youth; their status; the amount of money in their bank account or the type of car they drive. It takes some of us years to understand that none of that means squat sh*t. And the funny thing is that those who profess to be non-superficial; accepting; tolerant; and inclusive are often the ones who judge people by their exteriors and judge themselves by those on their arms. I'm guessin' they often miss out on something or someone spectacular. As for the song, I like the original, although I still doubt the artist's "friend" really found it all that charming. I think I'll stick with songs about plastic, shiny people...

Sorry for preaching...just a very sore subject to someone who has gained a ton of weight due to stress.

@funnywhenurquiet, this song is about a daddy's very young, little boy, not about a "friend". Listen to the words again.
