As is almost every other song by Molotov Solution, this song is about the Illuminati. This song is talking about how they have infiltrated modern day religion and are using it to achieve their goals by carrying out their plans in the name of God. This song also mentions the fail of the dollar and the collapse of the economy that the Illuminati are rumored to be engineering and how when it happens, they're going to give us a "solution" under the guide of religion to make it less suspicious.

To my understanding, the "God isn't dead" part is talking about religion, not God Himself. Basically, they're saying that through the Illuminati corrupting religion, people have lost faith in it because it no longer stands for God, it stands for greed and conquest. The loss of faith in the population could be seen as "killing" God because of humanity's ever increasing lack of belief. However, people aren't losing faith in God, they're losing faith in the lies created by the Illuminati to decieve the masses. Thus, "God isn't dead, He never existed" means "People aren't losing faith in God, they're losing faith in a lie that was never true to begin with."
