I think this entire album is about an abusive/codependent relationship, and it sounds like the speaker is harboring a lot of ill will toward her mate, even though her actions contradict those feelings. The last part sounds a bit like the act of a wedding or of pushing into some kind of commitment with the other person, even if the other person is unknowing or unwilling at the moment.
It also sounds like some other aspect of the unhealthy relationship between the speaker and the other person is the speaker's very obsessive view of the other person, to the point where she tries to control or manipulate him even just by lying to him.
