This one strikes me as being a feminist anthem. It's about a woman who is smart (the Golden Muse) and powerful but the "Desert Pig" men controlling society are too "naive" to identify that she is powerful (a time bomb). She's got her "vibe on" in the sense that she's in excited or in touch with the higher knowledge. She'll blow them away with her powers of insight and ability to accomplish. In the end, "she waits" probably indicating inaction for one reason or another, ironically perhaps out of fear of judgment.
