It's about being a male prostitute in love with a girl.

"Out you go and in come one hundred more." -Hinting at the fact that he's a male prostitute.

"I seem to have lost my cowboy boots with green fringe running down the side." -I guess they're saying that these (rather flamboyant) boots symbolize the "norm" for prostitutes, and he's lost his path of the norm by falling in love with the girl.

"Your smile overweighs the miles and your kiss makes it worth the ride." -He's saying she stands out compared to all the women (or people) he's been with, and being with all those people makes it clear to him that he's in love with her.

@MassiveConquistador bada bing bada definitely not. i mean judging from the first line and the fact that they're a stoner/whatever band they're referring to the other bands in that scene always singing about satan n shit, kyuss thinks it's funny cause they're definitely not that kind of band. next verse same thing talking shit about the doom-dudes. the chorus is probably talking about weird moshing or something, when one dude leaves the venue a hundred more walk in. i think the cowboy boots line is him talking a first person view of one of a desert-rock dude, tight jeans and...
