I believe "L" refers to a crackpipe in this case. Also does anyone know if these lyrics are official or posted from another member? I always thought he said---
Well now she’s just another story
When we pass around that 'Foily' (which is another type of crackpipe).
Great song though, really hits home.
@Legin11 An "L" is a blunt (named for El Producto brand, which is a cheap cigar typically used for making blunts) and licking a ring around it is to keep it burning evenly. This fits with the next line, referring to a Philly, which is another slang term that comes from the Philly Blunt brand of cigars used for this purpose as well. I don't think this song is about crack smoking.

An "L" is a big joint rolled with two papers perpendicular to each other. Uh, so I have heard from "people" that do that sort of thing...lol
