I'm positive it's "You'll be shorn and I'll be sure." It's referring to her cutting the person's hair, being shorn. And she'll be sure they "hear her name."

Also, I think it's "I could lie, and say I knew, where we'd be waking up tomorrow" both times.

Amazing song. I recently started thinking of it as her talking to her grandmother/grandfather or another elderly figure in her life. Asking them to not die on her. "Hands so cold and full of calluses."

Oh, and calluses is spelled wrong. It should be that, calluses.
