I always thought it was a cop and a robber. The cop with the 9 mm and the three piece suit, and the robber with punk clothes, a ski mask, and semi automatic. "They look to one another and say 'hey motherfucker, who's the fool'" Neither of them approve of the other's way of life , and i think the message is mainly that it doesn't matter. Might be way off though.
