I love this song.
Seems like it's about the "cool kids" in high school, who everyone loved and wanted to be friends with. And kind of that being loved in your teenage years doesn't mean you'll be successful later in life. But there's also that boy in the song, that bullied kid with an ugly smile, who probably spent his saturdays studying instead of partying. As I think of it, that boy dreamed of being friends with the "cool kids" and admired them. But it turns out that the bullied boy lives a happier life than that cool girl after school.
