At the beginning of this album, the man (the protagonist of the first half of this concept album), is losing his faith in Endseeker because God defeats Satan and then vanishes. Throughout the progression of the album, the daughter has found her Faith as her father has lost his.
Though the second half of the album is a struggle and a journey for the daughter to find her faith, this is the culmination of everything for her. She is confident and assured of her identity as one of God's children. She is now waiting for the second coming of God and is ready to be called to Heaven.
"I see you, tattered and bruised
You're the only ones who remain true
I hear your call, through the thick of it all
You've waited so long for the rescue"
~To me it seems as though a lot of clean vocals (Shane's voice) throughout songs that also have screaming in them are intended to be God speaking to the person, or to the people, and Micah's harsh vocals are spoken from the protagonists of the song (ex: Charlatan's Song, Reveries of Flight, and more songs if you look for them). God knows that His children have been waiting for His second coming, and the true believers are those who have stood firm, The Children of Fire.
"And what this sin feels like having on my skin
Cuz finally I am free to never breathe again
My body lives through the ground I was rooted in
I pass the spark as it reaches to the rest of them"
The daughter has been taken by God and has now seen what is like to be pure of Earthly sin and the trouble that mortal life brings. She is now eternal and one with the ground she was rooted in, and is a a part of God's eternal reward, Heaven.
*This is just my take on it, I can't speak for Micah and Shane, but I like to think this is their idea. They write great poetry with their music. Hope this helped anyone :)
