Going off this version without Sierra's lyrics (which I can't decipher either :P) I think that Tranny Power isn't suppose to be taken literally but symbolically/ spiritually. In interviews Bianca has said "My sexuality is explored in my work," "[but it's] more my gender than my sexual preference. It's really not about being gay or ungay, it's about being yourself in a patriarchal, heterocentric, heteronormative, monotheistic world. It's always the changing question and answer, and it's the forefront of my work." I think that 'Tranny' is used in this song, also by the definition "Transgender is the state of one's "gender identity" (self-identification as woman, man, neither or both)". You may not be physically transgender, but empowered anyway, by embracing all the aspects of different genders, or neither, and also going past the social stereotypes and restrictions that a specific gender can put on you. I take this song in that meaning, and it is so empowering. Also I think 'turn the music louder, feel the tranny power', could be a message to people to raise their voice about it, and embrace life without gender stereotypes.
