I know how this feels. It's a really horrible position to be in.
It's about an ex coming back into the picture after they have finally realised you're happy without them. They've realised what they have given up. The ex thinks they can just walk back in, she thinks that he is trying to make her jealous, but actually he just wants to get on with his new relationship. Although he has somebody else, part of him still breaks when he sees her wanting him back. she still knows how to mess with his mind, but isn't letting it get to him because he is done with all the heartbreak and pain she brought him.
