Why do I enjoy this song so much? Cuz it's catchy of course. But also, because I find it interesting in that it seems to be about being an optimistic dead person. Silly, right? But it talks about being dead and thus one with the earth in burial. Now it looks forward to helping things around it grow. So it's kinda just a creepy yet charming ditty about nature. Obviously, it could be symbolic. But I don't know what it'd be and am just now getting to know/love Thee Oh Sees.
