I'm pretty sure it's describing a drug lord who basically owns his part of the city or maybe the whole city. He has so much power that he just recklessly gets into what he's selling and he is physically pushing himself to the extremes, out of boredom. I love this album so much. I imagine it would be like interviewing Charles Manson after all the shit that went down like it would be terrifying and it would make you angry but you just keep coming back to learn more. I just personally like things that scare the shit out of me and now I dig this song and this album a bunch.
