I love it because there are so many meanings (and I think they are all meant to be there)
First the circle and line representing two people who are quite different. I would think of the line as a rigid male character and the circle is a more flexible female. But then also:
Second I thought it might be referring to sex (think about it....) Feist often has references to sex and it would be cute to be saying everything is alright when it's morning or evening and we have sex.
Third I realised the whole sun setting/rising on the horizon thing.
Basically she's on some sort of sea-side sojourn and 'following signs', she takes the sign of the circle meeting the line on the horizon, as meaning that she and her lover are meant to be together despite their differences.
