I really love this song! The theme is appropriate for a darker song, but instead it sounds very upbeat and cheerful.
I think the song's about a girl who uses a hurtful and harsh facade, but inside hides a vulnerable and weak personality. She then meets someone who likes her, but she isn't sure if she likes him back - so she treats him badly to shoo him off. But he just wouldn't quit, so she acts even worse to him; he may or may not realize that his feelings are not returned. He likes her so much, so he tries to ignore her outward mask. But one time, he couldn't take it anymore and snaps. He regrets it, as shown in the fourth paragraph.
That's either just my honest opinion, or because I've been rooting for the Belarus/Lithuania pairing lately from Axis Powers Hetalia.
