I believe that this is taken with a more spiritual approach.

Guess I can only hope" meaning how can God/You love me when I am filled with sin and falling away from You/Him. With that being said, "I will continue to hope in You."
"How come you save me when I'm so angry" when we're angry with God, He'll continually remind of us His love for us because He wants us.

God sees us at our worst and falling from Him and she's asking for another chance, which God always provides. Every day is an amazing day to start over and to have another chance. :)
