It's about russian poet Sergei Aleksandrovich Esenin's suicide note which he wrote in his own blood. They pretty much copied the note word for word except for the "It was written in blood" part. Also, "Like roses we blossom then die. We fall apart" is theirs. Most of the rest is just his suicide note with some repeated lines.
