I agree with Qlikser - this has to be one of the most incredible songs I've ever heard. It's at the top of my favorites from Talking Heads.
Simply wonderful. As to its meaning, like much of DB's lyrics, it's happy and carefree. "I feel it in my heart" suggests to me that he's now certain that what 'they're' saying must be true - that 'she' has done something to make him a fool. Starting over is out, and he can no longer hide his feelings inside. (That's not his way!)
A simply beautiful and awesome melody, funk, rhythm, and vocals, as is typical from this talented group.
