I agree with Raedrik. Cassandra was so beautifull that Apollo himself felt in love with her. He granted her the gift of prophesy, but when Cassandra denied his love, he asked to kiss her for the last time. During this last kiss, Apollo spitted inside her mouth and, as a result, no one would ever listen to the prophesies of Cassandra.
Now, about the line ''under the ice'', I believe it has something to do with Dante's Inferno and the Divine Comedy. I am telling this because there was no ''ice thing'' in the greek underworld. But in Dante's Inferno, there is Jubecca, the 9th circle of Hell, where those who betrayed God are kept ''under the ice'' of lake Cocyttus for eternity. Since Hansi has read the divine comedy, I suppose that he placed Cassandra there for betraying Apollo, a God.
But thats just how I see it..... does anybody agree?
